Compressor warranty
Most eligible AC units include a manufacturer-backed compressor warranty. This typically covers internal manufacturing defects only and remains subject to the relevant brand's terms.
A reported compressor issue must be inspected and processed under the respective brand warranty policy. Where the claim is handled directly by the brand or manufacturer, approval and replacement can take several business days depending on inspection, approval, and part availability.
Full body or unit warranty
Where offered for the selected brand and model, full body or unit warranty covers eligible defects in the main AC structure and internal factory components. Consumable parts and external damage are excluded unless the applicable manufacturer terms state otherwise.
What is not covered
- Physical damage, accidental damage, or mishandling.
- Improper installation completed by a third party.
- Electrical fluctuations, unsuitable power supply, or related power issues.
- Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or tampering.
- Normal wear and tear or consumable components.
Proof of purchase
An original invoice or valid proof of purchase is mandatory for every warranty claim. Without it, warranty service may be refused or delayed.
Brand warranty processing
Products covered directly by a manufacturer follow that brand's official claim procedure. Resolution times vary and depend on brand approval, inspection requirements, and spare-part availability.
UAE service coverage
Warranty support is available across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, and Umm Al Quwain, subject to the applicable product and service terms.
